Ofek Birnholtz's
Astrophysics, Relativity & Gravitational Waves Group
@ Bar-Ilan University, Israel
Our group at Bar-Ilan University researches the forefront of General Relativity and Astrophysical Phenomena - from evolving stellar systems to their magnificent remnants, and from our neighborhood to the edges of the observable universe.
Dr. Ofek Birnholtz is the PI of Bar-Ilan's LIGO group, as part of the international LIGO Scientific Collaboration, with a focus on studying Gravitational Waves, and through them Astrophysical systems of Black Holes, Neutron Stars, and phenomena in General Relativity, and beyond.
